Terms of use

These terms apply when you use RegsReady and when you buy a course from RegsReady.co.uk. Please read them before buying. If anything is unclear, contact us.

What you’re buying

Our courses are online revision materials: lessons, practice questions and mock exams. They help you prepare for City & Guilds qualifications such as 2382-26 (18th Edition), 2391-52 (inspection and testing), 2921-34 (EV charging) and 2922-34 (solar PV). They do not include any exam, practical assessment or assignment, a qualification or a certificate: you register for those with an approved centre, which runs and marks them. Our courses are not affiliated with or endorsed by City & Guilds, the IET or BSI. You’ll need your own copy of BS 7671 and of any other book your exam allows, such as an IET Code of Practice or Guidance Note.

A bundle gives you access to each course it includes, for the period shown when you buy.

Access

• Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed and lasts for the period shown when you buy (normally 12 months).
• It’s a one-off payment. Nothing renews automatically.
• If you buy the same course again before your access ends, the new period is added to the end of your current one.
• Your account is for you alone. Please don’t share your login. We may suspend accounts that are clearly being shared.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because our courses are digital content that starts straight away, that right ends once you start using the course, and by completing your purchase you ask for access to begin immediately. However, we offer our own refund promise: see our refund policy.

Accuracy

We work hard to make sure our content matches BS 7671:2018+A4:2026, the other books it refers to and the current exams. The Regulations themselves are the authority; our material is a study aid and is not a substitute for the Regulations or for professional judgement on real installations. If you spot something you think is wrong, please use “Report this question” or contact us and we’ll check it.

Acceptable use

Don’t copy, scrape, resell or republish our questions, lessons or other content, and don’t try to break or overload the site. Our content is protected by copyright.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. We can’t guarantee that you will pass any exam.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on the site when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
